Data You Send Directly
When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the sponsored results. We do not save a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you send a message to Texarkana People Search, we receive the details you choose to include and use them to respond.
Data Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems record routine server-log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to keep the site stable and understand which Texarkana pages visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
The data described above helps us run the site, diagnose technical issues, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell visitor lists. We also do not build individual user profiles from searches or browsing activity.
Links to Other Websites
Texarkana People Search links to government portals, Miller County and Arkansas records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each outside site sets its own privacy rules. Any data you enter there is governed by that site's policy, not ours, including sponsored search results provided by a third-party company.
Who May Receive Data
Service providers that host and support Texarkana People Search may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How Data Is Protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Because Texarkana People Search does not provide user accounts, there is no site password or user profile of yours for us to store.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. Arkansas privacy and breach-notice obligations may include the Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act, Ark. Code Ann. Section 4-110-101 et seq. Because we hold very little, most requests are narrow: we can search our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Texarkana, Miller County, or Arkansas offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Texarkana People Search after an update means you accept the updated policy.
